t-fal set, (What's this?) Just love the set. good quality. I highly recommend this product. Got what I ordered. Service was fast and I like the no hassel ordering process.
GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY, (What's this?) THIS WAS A GIFT TO SOMEONE WHO DID NOT HAVE A COMPLETE SET OF COOKING UTINSILS. THEY ARE VERY SATISFIED. COOKWARE HEATS EVENLY, FOOD DOES NOT STICK, AND SHE IS VERY HAPPY WITH THE COLOR.
T-Fal Signature Cookware, (What's this?) Awesome cookware. The best I've had all my life. My mother used to have a T-Fal set and through the years I see they have gotten better. The price is also reasonable. Much less than other name brands.
Problem with see thru lids, Purchased a professional T-fal set because of weight of pans, looks, and set has 3 sauce pans instead of the usual 2. One problem - the see thru lids immediately steam over so you cannot see into the pan if any moisture is present. Have never had this happen with any other see thru lids, even the cheapest. Might as well be metal lids. Sent e-mail to customer service asking if there is a fix for this problem. Got flip answer that "moisture in the form of steam collects on lids". My question is why do other lids collect moisture that can be seen through and not as steam??? Tried a lid from my Penny's set and no visibility problems but replacing with T-fal lid immediately brings on vision blocking steam. Called T-fal customer service and explained problem looking for a solution. Male representative hung up as soon as he realized I had a complaint. Called back and talked with a lady who at least listened to the problem, informed me it is not a warranty issue, told me she had never heard of such a thing, then asked me to hold while she asked fellow workers if there might be something I could try. About 1 minute later I found she had hung up also. These lids must be made from a material different from other cookware sets.
Some details on this product., (What's this?) A couple of comments on other reviews prompted me to provide some more information about the T-Fal Signature Hard Anodized 12 Cookware Piece Set.
The set includes 8 and 10¼ inch sauté pans, 1, 2, and 3 quart covered saucepans with lids, a 5 quart Dutch oven with lid, a slotted spatula, and a serving spoon. The lids are made of tempered glass and each has a small hole to allow steam to escape. The lids from the Dutch Oven and the 3 quart saucepan also fit the 10¼ inch and 8 inch sauté pans. The sauté pans are equipped with the T-Fal Thermo-Spot heat indicator which changes appearance when the pan reaches proper cooking temperature.
A generic set of Use Instructions is available in paper form in the carton and in pdf form at T-Fal's website. It provides information about seasoning the cookware - a necessary step to ensure longevity.
You may register your product at their website or by mailing in the card that comes in the carton. Warranty registration forms ask for the UPC code so you may wish to write it down before discarding the carton.
The set I received today was made in China.
(When purchasing sponges with scrubbing surfaces or other scrubbers, make sure that they are approved for non-stick cookware. I recently learned that lesson using different cookware. Alas.)

Great for the price!, (What's this?) I bought these when my old set just wore out, and I'm not sorry at all. They cook evenly so long as you don't over-heat, and clean up like a dream.
Looks and feels good, (What's this?) I bought this for Christmas for my step-daughter. Her mother said she need some cookware. Going by the reviews I decided upon this set. When I gave it to her she was pleased with it's appearance and feel. Will up date later after some use. But going by feel and looks I think it will do just nicely.

Product description, (What's this?) The product I received was fine but Amazon does not do a good job describing the product. I was not sure till I received the cookware if the lids were glass or not.
