Best cooking investment that I have made, (What's this?) I cook dinner almost every night with the Calphalon set that I bought two years ago, and the performance and quality are incredible. Throughout college I went through so many low cost sets that flaked off teflon (despite using nylon utensils in them and hand washing) and am so happy that I made the switch.
